Submission Guidelines
We've set these rules so that it would be easier for us to organize submitted fanworks:
1. The most important requirement is that fanfics should be hana-uke. In fanarts, we accept hanamichi solo pics or any pic with the redhead as long as he doesn't look like a seme.
2. Please put in your e-mail subject heading "fic submission" for fanfics and "art submission" for fanarts.
3. Please indicate the rating (e.g. PG, NC-17, etc.), genre (e.g. AU, humor, angst, etc.), and a short summary of your fanfic. In that way the readers would easily know what kind of fanfic they're going to read.
4. As much as possible we don't accept crossover fanfics.
5. We accept all kinds of fanarts, whether it's hand drawn or CG. But be sure that it's a finished fanart and not just a rough sketch.
6. We don't really look much into syntax errors in fanfics, but it wouldn't hurt if you had your fanfic edited or beta-read before you submit it for archiving. Sometimes we reject a fic if the syntax errors are so many that it makes the fic hard to read. But if you would like us to at least edit some spelling and typos, type after your subject heading "(go edit)". It's not exactly as in-depth as beta reading, but at least it minimizes some of the errors.
7. You can also recommend fanworks from other authors/artists. Just tell us their e-mail and where their works are archived and we'll be the one to ask them permission. But you would really do us a favor if you go ask them for us (if it's okay with you... ahahaha... ::sweatdrop::).
8. In some occasions, we accept unfinished fanfics. But if the author doesn't update 4 months after we posted his/her fanfic, we would have to remove it from the site.
All fanworks can be e-mailed to TensaiOnTheRun@lycos.com. For fanfics, you can also use the form below. If it's a multi-chaptered fic, don't forget the to write the chapter number (e.g. 1 of 6 or 1/6) in the summary. We'll notify you as soon as we've posted your fanworks. Thank you very much!
